About Pat
Pat Flynn is the founder of Flynn O’Driscoll, Business Lawyers, established in 2002. He graduated with an honours BCL law degree from University College Dublin and has been a practicing solicitor in Ireland since 1987 and in England and Wales since 1996. Pat has extensive experience in corporate mergers, investments, acquisitions, and financings. His career includes roles with A&L Goodbody, Ulster Investment Bank, and corporate finance in Ireland and emerging markets.
Pat’s leadership extends to serving on the Board of Directors of Enterprise Ireland and the Executive Committees of the Law Exchange International. His practical business skills and wide network of relationships make him an excellent problem-solver and advisor.
